Autumn Term 2024 Bookings

T Club 6 is only open to children attending Reigate Priory School.

Our Ofsted registration allows us to provide after school care for 56 children per night.

These places are highly sought after, and so bookings are for regular sessions, made a term at a time, for the same night each week.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate ad-hoc/single bookings or shift patterns.

The places are allocated on a first come first served basis through our online booking system with priority given to current members and siblings.

We find we have more availability once the school has released the information on the various sports clubs that they offer, so please do keep checking with us.

How do you book?

Bookings are made via our online booking system, where places are allocated in order of completed booking. If you would like to make a regular booking, please set up an account using the link below.

Fees: 

Due to an increase in rent and other running costs we unfortunately will be increasing our session fees to £12.75 and £11.75 respectively for siblings booked on the same booking reference. 

Payment Methods: 

Payment is made through the site using childcare vouchers, Government Tax free childcare vouchers, credit or debit cards.

Please note we are NOT able to accept cash.

Cancelling Booked Places: 

If you wish to change or cancel any of your bookings, you will need to speak to Liz. Cancellations are subject to a one month’s notice period and any places not cancelled by Monday 22^nd July 2024 will incur 1 months’ notice fee from September 3^rd 2024.

September 2024 Booking Procedure

Places as usual will be released in 3 stages:

• Stage One – Priority for current members requiring the same days, i.e no changes. 
• Stage Two – Priority for those wanting to book different days and booking new siblings.
• Stage Three – All new bookings from the rest of the school including new year 3’s. 

Please read the details below carefully before making your booking. 

NB: Priority is for members who have had a booking for at least a term.

Stage One: Current Members Rebooking Autumn Term 2024: 

If you are keeping your booking the same, priority booking will be open from 10.00am Friday 28^th June until Friday 5^thJuly, for booking your child in for the Autumn Term.

When you log in, you will see the activity: TC6 Autumn Term 2024: Tuesday 3^rd September – Thursday 19th December 2024 

Stage two: Booking Different Days and Sibling Bookings for Autumn Term 2024: 

From 10.00am Friday 5^th July until Sunday 14^th July you can book different and/or additional days. 

We also offer sibling priority, for those siblings who are joining the school in September.

Please note from Sunday 14th July you will no longer have priority on your booking.

Stage Three: New Members Bookings for September: 

From 10.00am on Sunday 14^th July the bookings will open to all new members from the rest of the school including the new Year 3’s joining is September. 

New Members Booking for Autumn Term 2024

New member bookings open at 10.00am on Sunday 14^th July 2024
You will need to set up an account with our online booking system, completing all the required fields and agreeing to our terms and conditions, before you will be able to proceed to the booking area and book the days you require for the term.

Once the account is set up you will then be able to proceed to the bookings for the Summer Term. 

A tab labelled ‘TC6 Autumn Term 2024’ will show on your home page.
Here you will be able to select the day/days of the week you require, from Tuesday 3rd September subject to availability.
Although all the days will show, they will be colour coded dependent on availability, (red shows the day is unavailable), the system will confirm the availability of your selected days before you checkout and complete your booking. 

Please do double check these days before you checkout, as well as the invoice which is automatically sent to you to make sure you have ALL the days you require.
Bookings are taken for the term and whilst the invoice total reflects this, payment can be made in monthly instalments.
Please do check the dates on your invoice in case any days were unavailable.

All places are allocated on a first come first served basis through our online booking system with priority given to current members and siblings.

Magicbooking now offer a waiting list option should the day you require be unavailable but please note this is ONLY valid for the term you are booking and will automatically be reset at the start of the following term.

T Club 6 reserves the right to change our services and fees at short notice.
