Summer Term 2024 Bookings

T Club 6 is only open to children attending Reigate Priory School.

Our Ofsted registration allows us to provide after school care for 56 children per night.

These places are highly sought after, and so bookings are for regular sessions, made a term at a time, for the same night each week.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate ad-hoc/single bookings or shift patterns.

The places are allocated on a first come first served basis through our online booking system with priority given to current members and siblings.

We find we have more availability once the school has released the information on the various sports clubs that they offer, so please do keep checking with us.

How do you book?

Bookings are made via our online booking system, where places are allocated in order of completed booking. If you would like to make a regular booking, please set up an account using the link below.

Summer Term 2024 Bookings Procedure:

Places are released in 3 stages:

• Priority to current members* re-booking the same days, i.e no changes.
• Priority to current members wanting to add or change days.
• All new bookings from the rest of the school community

*Current member is someone who has an active booking for at least half a term.

Current Members Re-booking:

If you wish to book the same or less days, priority booking will be open from 10.00am Monday 11th March 2024 for booking your child in for the Summer Term.

When you log in, you will see the activity:

• TC6 Summer Term 2024

*Priority bookings are for the days you currently have.

NB: We will not be able to honour alternative days to the previous terms bookings that are made before Monday 18th March. Please only book your current days before this date to avoid any disappointment.

Current members wanting additional/different sessions and sibling bookings: 

Current members wishing to book different days may do so from 10.00am Monday 18th March 2024

From 10.00am on Friday 29^th March you will no longer have priority as the bookings will open to the rest of the school community and your place may be at risk.

NEW MEMBERS BOOKING FOR SUMMER TERM 2024:

New member bookings open at 10.00am on Friday 29th March 2024
You will need to set up an account with our online booking system, completing all the required fields and agreeing to our terms and conditions, before you will be able to proceed to the booking area and book the days you require for the term.

Once the account is set up you will then be able to proceed to the bookings for the Summer Term. 

A tab labelled ‘TC6 Summer Term 2024’ will show on your home page.
Here you will be able to select the day/days of the week you require, from Monday 15th April subject to availability.
Although all the days will show, they will be colour coded dependent on availability, (red shows the day is unavailable), the system will confirm the availability of your selected days before you checkout and complete your booking. 

Please do double check these days before you checkout, as well as the invoice which is automatically sent to you to make sure you have ALL the days you require.
Bookings are taken for the term and whilst the invoice total reflects this, payment can be made in monthly instalments.
Please do check the dates on your invoice in case any days were unavailable.

All places are allocated on a first come first served basis through our online booking system with priority given to current members and siblings.

Magicbooking now offer a waiting list option should the day you require be unavailable but please note this is ONLY valid for the term you are booking and will automatically be reset at the start of the following term.

Fees:

Our session fees for Summer Term 2024 will be £12.50 per session, with a discount for siblings booked on the same booking reference. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer discounts for part sessions,

Payment Methods:

Payment can be made through the site using credit or debit cards, alternatively you can also make payments through BACs transfers (please ask manager for details and provide evidence of transfer), we are also registered for the Government Tax free childcare scheme and accept payment from all major childcare voucher companies (as listed on the bookings page of our website). We are NOT able to accept cash.

Cancelling Booked Places:
If you wish to change or cancel any of your bookings you will need to speak to the club manager. Cancelled places will be charged one academic months’ notice.

T Club 6 reserves the right to change with little notice subject to Government guidance and legislation.
